Pricing is for a single home. Additional structures, detailed landscaping, or figures can be added — just ask. Larger sizes and framing available on request. A 50% deposit reserves your spot in the studio queue.

  • Most house portraits are completed within 3–4 weeks from photo approval. Need it sooner for a closing or housewarming? Rush timelines are available — just ask.

  • Yes. I can add gardens, trees, a flag, family members, or the dog on the porch - whatever makes the home feel like yours.

  • Absolutely. Childhood homes, a grandparent's house, or a home you've since sold - if you have a photo, I can paint it.

  • Yes! I love working with real estate agents. Order house portraits as closing gifts individually or in volume, with an optional discreet logo and repeat-client pricing. Reach out for more information.

  • Originals are carefully packaged and shipped flat, fully insured. Local Charleston and Mount Pleasant pickup is also available.
